To Access Pinnacle Naturopathy’s Practitioner Only Prescribed Products in our Online Dispensary. You Will Need To Be Provided With A Pin.

Our online dispensary contains practitioner only prescribed products for the convenience of our patients. It is a requirement by manufacturers and the TGA that you are under the supervision of our clinic in order to access these products, due to their higher therapeutic nature.

To gain access you will need to complete a mini consultation via our online intake form. Once you complete the form a pin will be provided to you immediately and you will be able to order straight away. After your order is complete a Naturopath will review your order and advise any necessary changes if needed according to your intake form. Your order will then be dispatched and a community profile will be set up and you will be able to log into your profile and chat with other people in our community as we grow. The cost of the mini consultation is $50. This will allow you access to our range of practitioner prescribed products in addition to retail products for a period of 3 months at which time a review will be needed for you to retain access at an additional cost for a further 3 months access.

If you feel you would like a more personalised treatment plan and some extra support in understanding your specific needs you can book an online Telehealth appointment with a Naturopath, this will take out the guess work and buying products that you may not need as well as gaining access to our personalised compounded products of herbal and nutritional ingredients combined for your specific needs.

You can begin this process by booking a 15 min strategy session with one of our Naturopaths which is also ONLY $50. They will listen to how you are feeling and how your symptoms are impacting your life. They will then give you insight into the root causes of your symptoms, explain this to you and build a strategy for you of what is needed to be done to get you back on track. This may include suggestions or testing and/or suggestions on products.

If you feel you are ready to get to the bottom of what is going on and don’t need a strategy session you can go straight into an Initial appointment and a Naturopath will begin the investigations and create a treatment plan specifically for you. Once we begin treatment with you our goal is always to have you back on track in under 6 months.
